It doesn’t matter what industry you’re in, it is always important for the growth of the company to make sure to have happy clients. We refer to the super ultimate happy clients as Raving fans. Raving fans are so happy that they will rave about you and your company to everyone they talk to, and this is by far the best way to earn more business.
For me, it is always my ultimate goal to to turn EVERY ONE of my clients clients into a raving fan. This is why, I am consistently pushing my team and myself to go above and beyond what anyone expects. Regardless of our intention, sometimes mistakes are made… whether it’s myself, someone on my team or one of my business referral partners…. Shit happens, and this is where the great are separated from the good. Personally, I am the 1st to admit fault, determine where the screw up happened, learn from it so it never happens again and most importantly figure out a way to make it right.

RESPOND Immediately!! This is critical! DO NOT HIDE! There is nothing more frustrating than not knowing!
